tryfactors.com is operated by Factors, a product of The Digital Sciences Corporation. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.
Factors is not a healthcare provider
Factors is a technology platform. It is not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, pharmacy benefit manager or insurer. It does not practice medicine, does not dispense medication, and does not employ or direct the clinicians who make care decisions.
Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or an offer to supply any product or medication to you. If you have a medical concern, speak to a qualified clinician.
The beta
Factors is in beta. The platform is under active development, features described here may change, and availability by category and state is determined case by case rather than promised in advance.
The beta is open-ended. There is no application window, no fixed number of places and no announced launch date. We review registrations as they arrive and choose which conversations to start.
What registering does and does not do
Submitting the registration form:
- Does not create an account.
- Does not create a contract, a partnership or any obligation on either side.
- Does not guarantee access to the beta, a response, or a launch.
- Does not cost anything, and nothing is charged.
We may decline any registration, for any reason or none, including because a category is one we cannot support responsibly.
Illustrations on this site
The brand concepts shown here — including the names, packaging and storefronts presented as examples — are fictional. They do not represent real companies, real products, real providers or real customers of Factors.
The interactive storefront is an illustration. It does not sell anything, take payment, create an order, or provide care. The example intake collects nothing and submits nothing.
No earnings claims
Factors makes no representation, projection, warranty or guarantee regarding revenue, profit or earnings. Any cost structure shown is an illustration of sequencing, not a quote or a forecast. What any business earns depends on factors outside our control.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information when you register.
- Do not submit anyone else's personal or health information through this site.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit automated registrations, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
Intellectual property
The Factors name, logo, artwork and site content belong to us. The fictional brand concepts and imagery are ours as well. Do not reuse them as if they were yours.
Links to other sites
We link to sibling products and other sites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Site provided as is
This site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of it.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.
The actual agreement
If we go on to work together, a separate written commercial agreement governs that relationship — including costs, responsibilities, data handling, and what happens if either side stops. That agreement controls, and nothing on this site modifies it.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
