No. We set up the storefront and connect the care and pharmacy side. Available services, products and customer locations are confirmed as part of launch planning, because they vary by state and by category.

Factors is being built with a first group of creators and operators rather than released to everyone at once. The beta is open-ended: there is no application window, no fixed number of places and no announced launch date. We review registrations as they come in and start conversations where there is a fit.

You get an email confirming we have your registration. If your brand and audience look like a fit for where the platform is today, we reach out to talk through what you want to build, which categories and states are realistic, and what the commercial terms would be. Registering does not create an account, an agreement or an obligation on either side.

There is no threshold. Audience size matters less than whether the people who follow you would trust you with something health-related, and whether the category you want to serve is one we can support well today.

It depends on the category, the state and the clinical model. Some areas are straightforward, others need a narrower scope or are not available at all. We would rather tell you that in the first conversation than after you have built an audience around it.

Independently licensed clinicians. Factors is a technology platform. It does not practice medicine, does not dispense, does not employ the clinicians who make care decisions, and does not override them. Your brand is the storefront a patient recognizes; the clinical relationship is theirs with the clinician.

Licensed pharmacy partners dispense and ship. That is the part you do not have to build, source or staff. Packaging can carry your brand within what pharmacy labeling rules allow.

Customer health information is handled under the privacy terms that apply to the care relationship, not treated as marketing data. We do not sell it. See the privacy policy for how registration information and consumer health data are handled.
