How it works

You dream it. We build it. You grow it.

The short version is on the home page. This is the longer one, including the parts that are less fun to read — who is responsible for what, and what has to be true before anything can go live.

What you bring

An audience and a point of view. That is genuinely it. You do not need a developer, a clinician, a pharmacy, a payment processor or a warehouse, and you do not need to have worked in healthcare before.

What matters more than audience size is trust and fit: whether the people who follow you would take a health recommendation from you, and whether the category you want to serve is one that can be delivered responsibly at a distance.

What we build

01

Brand and storefront

Your name, your look, your domain. A storefront that reads as yours, not as a reskinned template with our logo in the corner.

02

The care experience

Intake, clinician review and follow-up, connected into the storefront so a customer never feels handed off to a different company.

03

Pharmacy and fulfillment

Dispensing and shipping through licensed pharmacy partners. The part you would otherwise spend a year sourcing.

Underneath, Factors runs on the same DSCO Health Engine that powers our other products: a connected health record, structured intake, and workflows that leave a trail. You do not have to care about any of that, which is rather the point.

Who is responsible for what

This is the part worth reading twice, because it is the part that is easy to get wrong when a brand sits in front of clinical care.

YouThe brand, the audience, the marketing, and the merchant relationship. You are the business your customers recognize.
FactorsThe technology: storefront, intake, records, workflow and the connections to the care and pharmacy side. We are a platform, not a provider.
CliniciansIndependently licensed professionals who decide whether care is appropriate for a given person. Neither you nor Factors overrides that decision.
PharmaciesLicensed pharmacies that dispense and ship, under the rules that govern them.

Factors is a technology platform. It is not a healthcare provider, pharmacy or insurer, it does not practice medicine, and it does not employ the clinicians who make care decisions. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Marketing a health brand comes with real constraints on what can be claimed and to whom. We would rather set those expectations in the first conversation than after you have built an audience around something we cannot support.

From registering to launching

01

You register

You tell us about your audience and what you want to build. It takes a few minutes and costs nothing.

02

We talk

If there is a fit, we go through categories, states, clinical model and what the commercial terms would look like.

03

We build

Brand, storefront and connected care get set up, and you review them before anyone outside sees them.

04

You launch

You go live to your audience, and you keep running the part you were always good at.

Because Factors is in beta, timelines are set per launch rather than promised in advance. We would rather tell you a real date once we understand what you are building than publish one here that we cannot stand behind.

What it costs

There is no upfront platform setup cost. Product, pharmacy, service and payment processing costs apply through a transaction model you review and agree to before launch. The model page covers how that works and what it deliberately does not promise.
